Working with Carried Away Estate Co is straightforward from start to finish. Here's how the process typically works:

Call, text, or submit the free estimate form with a few details about the space. We'll get back to you promptly to discuss next steps.

We review the space in person when needed and provide a clear written estimate before any work begins. We consider access, volume, donation possibilities, disposal needs, and any special circumstances like stairs, elevators, or tight timelines.

We show up on time and get to work. Items are removed carefully and respectfully. Whenever possible, usable items are set aside for donation or reuse rather than simply being hauled away.

We can send photo and video updates throughout the job so you always know where things stand, especially if you’re coordinating from out of town.

When the job is complete we do a final walkthrough and send a video of the cleared space so you can see the results firsthand.
